Step 1：Affix the SKU label

1. Log in to FBB warehouse system → Create Product → Select SKU → Download Product Barcode

2. Affix the barcode onto each properly packaged product as shown below

3. Opaque packaging is required. If transparent packaging (including product packaging boxes or transparent bags

that come with the product itself), bare shipments, or packaging that is too small are used, the warehouse will charge

an additional packaging fee.

Step 2：Pack into cartons

1. While packing items into cartons, record the list at the same time (be sure to note which SKUs are in each carton and

the quantity of each SKU).

2. If multiple SKUs must be packed in the same carton, be sure to provide physical separation, as shown below:

3. If using bags for physical separation, you must write on the outside which SKU is inside and how many PC(s).

4. It is recommended to use a 5-layer corrugated carton specially designed for cross-border shipping.

Step 3：Affix the carton label

1. Create a new ASN → Save or submit the ASN → Download the box label

Note: If the advance notification is updated, you must download the final version of the outer carton label before affixing it.

2. Print the box label → Affix it onto the sealed outer carton → Ensure correct matching → Double-check the packing list

for each carton → Attach one box label on each side of the carton

3. The box label must be affixed to the top-left corner of four sides (excluding the top and bottom sealing sides).

Once all the above steps have been completed, please contact your logistics coordinator or directly reach out to FBB logistics

to arrange for pickup and delivery to FBB Overseas Warehouse.

Special reminder: Please ensure the accuracy of both the outer carton labels (as per the advance notification) and the inner product labels. FBB warehouse shall not be held liable for any shipping errors caused by incorrectly affixed labels by the user.
