A. Registration is completely free, with no charges before shipping orders.

B. For individual sellers without a company, you can fill in your own name or a nickname.

C. Remember to input the invite code (obtain it from the assigned manager), as it will be needed for customer support.

2. Product Selection and Listing

A. After successful registration, go to “Dropshipping → Dropshipping List“ to view the product catalog.

B. For selected products, click 【Favorite】， and you can later view the products in 【Favorite】.

C. For the one-click listing feature for TikTok and Shopify → One-Click Listing Guide

D. One-click product collection is convenient, but since everyone ends up with the same product information, price competition will be severe, and it will not help you get orders quickly. We recommend that you spend some time differentiating your product listings to achieve higher profits.

3. Cost Calculation

For dropshipping, you need to pay: Product Cost + Handling Fee + Shipping Fee or Pickup Fee (if using the platform’s shipping label, the shipping fee is paid to the platform, and you only need to pay us the pickup fee, which is a fixed $0.70 per order)

5. Shipping and Delivery Timelines

Orders placed before 10:00 PM China time will be processed and shipped out on the same day (Monday to Friday). Orders can be placed and tracking numbers generated as normal on weekends, but shipping will be consolidated and dispatched on Monday.

Last-mile delivery typically takes about 3-7 business days. For platforms with strict delivery time requirements, you may use the DHL-MAX shipping method, which delivers within 2-5 business days.”

6.After-Sales Support

7. Address Setup

Find the designated warehouse address in FBB system homepage. Click ‘Copy’, and the detailed address breakdown will be available when pasted.

8. Product Real Photos

If the platform requires real photos for product listings, click “Application for take photo” in our system. The cost is $5 per SKU.

9. Bulk inventory storage and fulfillment

Sellers discover best-selling products through our product catalog and then choose to supply the products themselves. If you bring your own inventory to our overseas warehouse for dropshipping fulfillment, the costs are as follows:

① Inbound Fee (includes unloading, sorting, and shelving): $1 per box (for a single box containing only 1 SKU)

② Storage Fee: $1 / m3/ day (Cubic volume is calculated based on the theoretical total volume of the products. Normally, 8 large boxes equal approximately 1 cubic meter.)

③ Outbound Handling Fee (includes picking, label printing, and handing over to the carrier): Please refer to the handling fee table above.

④ Shipping Fee: Calculated based on weight brackets and shipping zones. Please refer to Fee Structure and download quotation.
